Why was I not interested in meditation at age 16 instead of sex and drugs and rock n roll?? A wasted life, obsessed with craving. 73 now. Not much time left, but so grateful to have found this wonderful teacher. Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Buddha is the greatest man to live on earth and to achieve the liberation of the mind and to teach and leave the legacy of his teachings to those who strive. I see a little view of liberation after 30 years: of practice and could profess that these practitioners and teachers are closer to liberation! May you attain Nirvana ! 🙏
