mix some washing up liquid with water in a spray bottle and when you break the bead, spray around the rim of the tyre and the inside of the wheel. then get yourself some tyre bead clamps of bay to keep the bead down in the groove and to allow you to lever over the ducks head. tyres with a tall side wall are easier as once the bead is broken, is tends to sit on the groove of the rim and allows you to lever. high performance low profile tyres have stiff sidewalls that tend to keep the bead out.

I’ve had a tire machine for YEARS and never had the courage to do low pros until I watched your video and now it’s like I’ve been doing it for years! Thank you so much for your expertise and step by step easy-to-follow instructiond

Thank you. I did my set of 245 40 18 today and to be honestly before I watched your video I thought it would be much harder. Your video helped tremendously. Tire change techs should be respected and appreciated. I was sweating buckets doing 4 tires.

Without a helper arm on the machine, tire lube and tire spoons are your best friend, and you only learn by getting hands on. You have the drive just keep it going

In all fairness, you have one of the best detail of explanation to the small details. Good job.

Post-covid tire shop prices and scheduling have me seriously considering picking up the tire machine and balancer combo. Even at $2k full price for mayflower, I only need to do 10-20 sets to break even. Not to mention doing them at 2am if I want, and not caring where I buy my tires from.

Your vids have given me a great deal of confidence that it would be a good investment. And this vid specifically has given me a great deal of confidence that I should probably get the assist arm. 😂 I'm getting too old to be brute forcing like that, and my primary usage will be stiff sidewall track tires.

Gotta love reverse mounted wheels

This is hands down best video on doing this on YouTube

Best video on YouTube. Had tires mounted last week and they mangled my Wheels. They should have watched this video.

Thanks!! Mounted many tires but tried my first low profile and it kicked my butt! After watching you I see what I need to do. thanks brother!!!

The best part is the explanation on each movement..."the physics behind it"..great tutorial

Those low profile tires and reverse mounted rims were rather tough back during my time at Goodyear….

Great video! Very informative for people that haven’t used a tire machine to know all that’s involved... thanks for showing a step by step process!!! Low pros can be a pain! This video helps understand the beat way to get ‘em mounted!🤘😎

Good video, nice to know that it can be done without assist arms. My machine doesn't have them either. Thanks, good job, gave me some confidence 👏

Great video, I'm always looking for tips and tricks to give myself an easier time and not ruin tires.

Thanks for showing the struggle  , most just edit the hard part out  ,   I have eBay machines and love them, people don't realize they are SEMI-Automatic mounting devices, still takes some effort 👍

I got 14 years busting tires I give you props you got the tpms location right you got it just need to do some more tires 👍

This video came in clutch with the two tire irons when I was mounting low profiles. Was about to give up after hours of struggling until i saw this video and had almost instant success. Thanks dude!

Great detailed video! Thank you!

Good work brother, i can relate to it feels good 😊
