New day. New diddy.

as far as my daughter can describe, gacha isnt a game. its like a character creator that you make stories for. so honestly its for kids with an active imagination and this is a way to act out those fake scenarios. she uses it to make a "book" about characters with powers going to school together

let's face it, you're inspired by talking tom

My daughter is 10. She has a huge interest in art and animation, and that is why she likes Gacha, and Gacha content. It gives her inspiration and is a good way to get into the character design and animation aspect of it.

She does have an iPad for art and a phone, but doesn't have YouTube on them. She is only allowed to watch YouTube on a TV so we can better monitor it and a huge number of these GachaTubers create sexual content. It is crazy.

I had a lot of crushes on older guys when I was a teen, but thankfully none of them were grooming pedos that realised it was just a stupid crush I had on them

2:40 "innit" didnt knew you were british mr charleston!!

Funny enough all the girls here were the one’s victim blaming the grooming victim.

Jesus Christ. These kids parents need to see what their kids are doing.

"This Kids Channel is a Predator" - honestly, at this point, I'm starting to think they ALL are...

About the age of consent is 12 thing as a Filipino myself it is a disgusting discovery for me when I found out some years ago and the majority of the population didn't even know the age of consent is was that low let alone 12. The majority collectively thought it was 16-18. The proof of this is an Asian Boss video I don't know which video topic it was but it's under their Philippines videos.

4:10 as someone who used to play it as a kid, yes, it's the accessibility. Animation is hard and as a kid it was just easier to use it than actually animating a story or drawing out characters.

4:17 Accessibility is a big part of it. Also there’s an element of ‘I can do this too’, because the majority of channels are run by kids. It’s cute characters, mainly occupying Music videos, stories or fan stuff. Also apps like it can be useful for animation or storytelling if you don’t want to or can’t draw. Makes that stuff ‘easier’. Keep in mind the majority of the community is both run and watched by kids. Meaning they have very little sense of things severity and stuff like that. Any community made up and run by kids is going to be weird. And it’s gonna have creeps in there. That’s inevitable.
For reference: I’m a Gacha Kid

"Old apps like Angry Birds". Jeez, this kid is making me feel so old.

For anyone confused, LenTotally was exposed years ago and has been shunned off the net ever since. Tom talking about it now does not make this situation new, Tom is just late here. His channe was hidden back in 2021 to avoid backlash. The channel is reinstated but comments are turned off, and it is now solely used for passive income.

It got me thinking about when I was 15, a girl in my class claimed to have a 25 years old boyfriend. Even back then I was weirded out by it, but still did not grasp how bad it actually was and was mostly just jealous of the guy. Kids are dumb in so many ways...

As a Philippino and around the same age as the victim. It was likely that when Len contacted her parents, he knew how they'd react. That is to say blame her. Since most older folk here are more conservative catholic.

On a side note, those who like younger kids are weirdly common here. I think it's the same problem as the one in Japan where there's a sense of shame when it comes to reporting this stuff. Also added the whole foreigner culture here. Where marring a foreigner is like hitting the lottery to same, a way to escape poverty. No matter how old the guy is and how young you are.

Not even a day into November and we already got another one

Jooooeeeeesssseeepppphhhh Roooooogggggaaaaaannnnn…

"Oh but the child/minor started it." Your only response should be that you END IT IMMEDIATELY.

As a former Gacha kid I can say the art, music, and animation is what got me really into it. I liked to watch music and animation videos a lot, and Gacha is kinda what got me into art in the first place. It’s also the fun of customizing characters and making up your own stories and being able to play them out with the characters and not having to draw them. I still play it to this day but kind of just a way to keep track of all my ocs in one space when I’m to lazy to draw them, I don’t interact with the community anymore tho

tbh idk if anyone will see this?? but on the topic of groomers, but back in july, tom made me realize i was actively being groomed 😭😭 im 15 and had been involved with a 20 year old man since 2023 (he was 19 and i was 14 when we first got involved) .. this realization helped me cut him + my friends who encouraged our relationship off .. turkey tom literally helped me get away from my groomer??? 💀
