Michael hates Toby because he's HR. He preemptively hated Holly until he met her

i don't really believe michael hates toby cause he's divorced i think he hates toby cause he is HR and he is basically in michaels eyes a killer of all the fun in the office. also we notice David Wallace also hates his  HR person so it doesn't seem uncommon that michael would respect david so much to copy him.

Man they really did Jim dirty with the whole koi pond thing

14:00 being on the office was probably in the top reasons that TripAdvisor is still around today

It's also thought to be bad luck to play pregnant while you're pregnant. If you lose the baby or something else terrible happens, it's a rough role to continue.

That Michael cameo for the series finale always gets me in the feels. Even got me just referencing it in this video.

There’s a deleted scene where Ryan and Dwight move the big conference room table in for a meeting

It's not just tobey that gets hated on by management, when jim is interviewing with wallace, Wallace says something like "I think your gonna like everyone here, except the HR guy, he's the worst"

We could also interpret the ending in a sense that Michael figured out that he always does not have to be the center of attention and be liked by people which is why we see so less of him :)

Idk why but knowing kevin had jims back instantly and was ready to throw down for him really made my heart melt. I already liked him but damn now i love him

I have always interpreted that scene as Michael saving the cameraman and I genuinely thought that was just how you’re meant to take it. The camera keeps filming from the backseat until Michael opens the door and then the camera exits the car. I always found it funny that the cameraman was just so caught up with catching what had just transpired he forgot he was currently in the car that is sinking.

I have a hard time falling asleep & staying alseep so i often will replay a youtube video every time i wake up in the night and fall asleep to the same thing multiple times. Last night i replayed this video 4 times. Youre welcome for the watch time boost

The last one is quite obvious though, Michael even looks at the camera crew as if he's saying "get out!"

When Toby says interworkplace relationships should be disclosed to HR, Phyllis asks “What about one night stands?” Possibly talking about Stanley???

He doesn't hate Toby because of Divorce.... Toby's HR so basically he's "Captain Buzzkill" and when they'd be having fun and being silly... he's disapprove and also be liable to tell corporate.
He's like the Teacher being in the class room.... they can't have real fun if the teacher is there!

I think Phyllis mentions a one night stand with someone in the office at some point in the early seasons too

if michael hates toby because of his divorce then why doesnt he hate merideth? stanly? angela?

Thanks for the S/O! at 1:42 @10k Productions

Michael doesn't hate Toby, he hates HR and he makes it pretty clear that they ruin the fun in the office. One of the most endearing conflicts he has is the fact that his future wife is also a representative of HR. It's one of the many facets of Michael Scott's character that make him so great, alot of his misconceptions are his reaction to societal norms he doesn't fully understand and once they conflict with his core belief of caring for people, he questions and changes himself.

iv had a goldfish in a small bowl for 3 years now you can partially change the water and there are many smaller fish you can get to eat algae. or just use vinegar to clean the bowl during partial water changes. the office is also pretty cool.
