god damn thank you i could never get trees to look good on my maps, definitely using this.

Hey I really appreciate this upload man, I've been looking for a better way to draw out forests for maps.

How do I draw jungle with the third method?

Best forest guild I've seen!

Im getting strong bob ross vibes rn

I've been recreating a different design of Tolkiens lotr map with some additions of my own because I like its design  of it.I'm also planning my own world  with countries  and history.Your channel has relay helped me achieve this and I really like your more simpler yet beautiful  designs.Keep up the good work.

Your in-depth tree clouds and mountain shading are fantastic! That “canopy shading” acts super well to make the illusion of terrain undulation, btw. I am practicing to make maps by using a mixture of that cloud technique and the individual trees to differentiate between natural forest and cultivated woods and copses.
Also, as a couple suggestions: what about including glades? Or using the “canopy shading” to show the types of trees in the forest (ie deciduous, coniferous, ferns, etc). And finally, how can you represent ground cover?

Damn it man! You are awesome!

Hope you show us how you do your miniatures battle maps!

the best florest design that I ever saw :o please, make a city, castle, camps and others landmarks tutorial

I love this technique for forests but what if we have villages within the forests? I only want to represent the name of the village with maybe a dot or triangle but would I do that above the tree tops? I love your map making videos and have literally been taught all I know by you! Drawing maps for my fantasy book series I’m writing!

How would you draw jungles environments?

How would one go about this if the forest in question leads right up to the coast?

What pen is that ?
