Wishing everyone a good night from Bonn, Germany! I've had severe insomnia since I was a toddler and gone through a lot of medications to help me sleep. Now, after I moved out, it's gotten a lot better, luckily. I used to listen to CDs about all kinds of science, animals, physics stuff, history, anything when I was younger, and I feel like these videos are the more "grown up" versions! They really give me comfort and the length means that even if I wake up at some point during the night, I'll not wake up in silence, and that's very comforting! Thank you for your content :)

I've been getting struck with insomnia since the start of summer. thanks for making the long nights bearable!

Twenty-fifth day of me asking for a "Daily life in ancient Germania" video (this is a respectful thread). Thank you for your amazing work with these videos.

One of my favorite topics! Sun of Ra. Atun. Egyptians trying to go from thousands of gods to one went roughly. Then they tried to scratch his name off everything. Thank you! Thanks to all working on this.

You are a saint, love your vids. I listen to you exclusively for sleep

I'm starting to think that ancient Egyptian religion was a pyramid scheme...

Algorithm boost: goodnight from Kissimmee, Florida, USA.

The video that got me instantly hooked on this channel was the 6+ hour plague one. One of my favorite subjects, talked about for hours by a voice that sounds like my favorite fuzzy comforter but I could still hang on to every word to = an entire afternoon very well spent. Now every time I see an absolutely enormous time stamp I feel weirdly excited. Bigger is absolutely better when it comes to Dion & Co. Thank you guys for thicc history lectures 🎉

I do love the compilations turn it on and here you when I get up and down all night from fibromyalgia flare ups. Also I often catch things I missed. Egypt has so much amazing culture such rich history.  I have been so sad when I see all the assyrian things getting damaged by stupidity if ya know ya know and it sucks.
I almost forgot
Much love from your crazy Canadian ❤🎉

Thank you for: Do not sit! Risk it for the biscuit!

Alright!
Looking forward to this!!
Lets go!!
👍😊
Thanks for all your hard work sir! 💯

Tee hee Greetings & Salutations all!

Ooh excited to sleep to this tonight! Thank you! 🎉

Thank you Dion, I usually don't make it past 15 minutes.  I appreciate you so much.

You could definitely see Egypt as a massive set piece for history’s greatest empires

Wow!  Great start to the video.  When Egypt moved to monotheism with Atanism it represented a monumental shift in both theology and culture.

Fell asleep. Had to roll back and catch up. Love your knowledge on everything!

Hope you had a great vacation.

Happy birthday dion. X keep up the great work.

Goodnight from NY!! I think I might have missed last night's video since I got home very late from a concert and fell right asleep, but I'm back tonight!! I love when you do longer compilation videos.
