Leaving Hakuba behind, I drive toward Azumino, stopping at a beautiful lakeside cafe, a popular soba restaurant, and the famous Daio Wasabi Farm.

After a full day of sightseeing, I head to my hotel in Matsumoto… but I’m so exhausted that things don’t quite go as planned. 😴
And somehow, I end up trying morning sake for the first time in my life! 🍶

It may not have gone exactly as planned, but that just made it another unforgettable travel memory.
