From this angle, you can see Aidan's hand keeping his head from hitting the table, and Tom is NOT just grabbing the kid's head and shoving it down. You know they rehearsed very carefully until they could do it without hurting Aidan. Tom has a scar from Jason accidentally slamming the sharp end of his cane into Tom's hand during the filming of Sorcerer's Stone; he's not about to do something that could possibly hurt his "son" on stage.
It's such a relief that this is just an alternative universe. Still, the scars it left on Scorpius, knowing his father could truly be this cruel and evil.
Dude, I understand Draco in the scene because that’s probably how he grew up with Lucius whenever his mother wasn’t around and then at the end he just shows how he is guilty and how he just loves his son
I went to see this in London in January with my nan, we sat at A row and watched part 1 and part 2 on the same day. great day it was. wish Tom Felton was on this stage.
These are very strong characters to play, especially when the original Harry Potter cast is pretty much irreplaceable. But these 2 did a brilliant job!! I was immediately pulled in. Bravo!! 🖤 💚 🐍
