I wish your life was a reality show so that I can watch it everyday. What a mentor.

I just found your channel and I can’t watch you because when I try I get about 2 min in just I can’t watch you, I have to go paint and I can’t watch you and paint too. So you see it’s a dilemma and it doesn’t work to paint then take a break and watch you tried that and I still cut the break short and go back to my easel. So you can just take this as a compliment. 😊

Watching you paint is like watching performance art. Thanks for sharing your process. Awesome

Hey Ryan, stoked you’re going to make some videos! I’d love to see a raw session of you painting one from start to finish, just locked in your zone , as if the camera wasn’t even there. I love your boat paintings, and your beach paintings with people in them, I’d really enjoy watching one of those sometime in the future! Thanks for sharing your art and inspiring!
🎨🙏

Great to see the process, the freedom that you paint with is amazing.

Your ability to capture what light does to create tonal variations and to just capture the essential blockings that reveal the shapes is great to witness the emergence of the scene minus photographic details.
Personal Enhanced interpretations rather than sitffly perfect  imitations.
Poetry in motion. Love your freelance happy discoveries along the way combined with your discipline in keeping fit enough to stand for hours in completing your interpretations.
Especially love the inclusion of people interacting in the scenes.

Have you let them know about it?  They should buy it.  It’s a good painting and it captures an incredible iconic moment.  Get the check up front though, 😊

As a master of light, your have just painted another beautiful painting! I LOVE your boat scenes best!

Thank you for another very helpful video.  I’m not sure you realize how much you are helping someone like myself who is trying to change gears from the traditional type of artwork I’ve been doing for years Into more impressionistic plein air painting. I love painting large so I’m so happy to see you working on these large surfaces.  I paint murals and commercial windows  for  clients so the thought of painting large does not bother me.   Thanks for encouraging me paint larger 😊👍

Me too pull out a large surface and paint it Plein Air.

Love what you are doing Ryan,.  and your right being outside changes everything..... Just back from Switzerland and did 5 plein Air paintings.  You have so much to share, and love your insights...
