I spent two days inside the Perazzi factory just outside Brescia, Italy, to find out what really sets these shotguns apart, and it turned out to be a lot more than a factory tour. Barrels get trued by eye, actions are hand-fitted, the wood vault holds blanks aged for decades, and the master engraver has been at his bench for 57 years. We also tagged along with my buddy Steven Berger of Berg's Outdoors while he got custom fit for his new Perazzi MR57, from the try gun all the way to the stock fitters filing it down in the white.
