Probably the most important game of the franchise but also the most underrated. Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is the unsung hero and a masterpiece.

I love the "throw back grenades" feature in this game, I don't understand why they got rid of it in Uncharted 4

One of the things I miss the most about Uncharted 3 are the hand to hand combat animations.
You nailed it in your comment.

Uncharted 3 had the best multiplayer out of the series as well. I absolutely loved co-op arena and deathmatches.

Nate being blinded by obsession eventually leading to Sully “dying” after ignoring multiple of his friends concerns is what makes the story great for me

This is the first Uncharted I played as either it was free due to the psn hack of 2011 or PS Plus and instantly fall in love with the franchise. This is my favorite of the original 3. Maybe my favorite in the entire series.

First time I played Uncharted 3 I completed it 4 times aka all difficulties in ONE WEEK, the main menu theme still makes me shed tears from time to time I love this game so much

Countless hours spent on U3 multiplayer. No game can replace that mp experience for me.

I can't understand how can players dare to prefer uncharted 2 over 3 because Uncharted 3 is so incredible and concludes the original trilogy before even Uncharted 4 was planned (Uncharted 4 wasn't going to be a thing at first), then wih the bugs you got on the remastered ps5 version, I certainly didn't remember any on the PS3 versions which I play every year. Seriously, how can people dare to say the environment is not memorable in Uncharted 3 ? I just feel sometimes people didn't even play the game, or played Uncharted 4 before so they have a goddamn biased opinion. If you have to chose 1 Uncharted game in the trilogy to represent the best the franchise, it IS Uncharted 3. Imo

4 is still my favorite. Its grounded, got a great story, and it still looks and feels like it was made yesterday.

Uncharted 3 has always been my favorite. I love the character development and story telling depth that wasn't there in the other games. I feel like there are more emotional moments.

I never experienced too many gameplay glitch moments. At least no more than with the previous games.

Set pieces are also peak. Still mind blowing what they did with the ship level.

Uncharted 3 Online was amazing.

I never will forget that I bought a brand new television with a 3D feature (Just bought a new tv 2 years before when UC2 got released) purely to be able to play the game with depth. It made this game even more special. And must say it was epic. Also the release and anticipation was like a blockbuster movie. For me it only felt a bit short compared to UC2 that felt like it never ended and UC2 MP was barebones but fun and fresh. Plus you didn’t needed to pay to go online.
