Thank you everyone for the support recently - just had the channels best month ever! Where shall I do a week of food next?

No joke, i hit the lowest and healthiest weight of my adult life while working at a buffet.  Each day i was eating full proper meals, meat and potatoes and veg and dessert, at least once a day and often twice on long shifts. Presented with all the choices all the time, for free, I ended up eating a much more balanced diet than I typically do at home.

I know someone who has Toby Carvery for dinner for every day of their lives for 20 years, the people there knew him by name and treated him like a king basically.

As a northerner, This doesn't sound like much of a challenge 😂

You could pick 3 meals, then buy the cheapest ingredients against the most expensive ingredients and see what the difference is in quality Vs cost. Could make a series trying in the different supermarkets

Farts must have been biblical

Donkey Kong and 11 Yorkies in one week. Honestly, does life get much better than this.

As someone who worked in a chain resturant for a long time, they wont question at all that you have been in so regularly when doing these videos. We tend to get a lot of people who will come in 2-ish times a day when working away etc x

Dang this video is quiet. Meant the ads were practically jump scares 😭

A carvery is a really healthy option compared to most other restaurant/takeout meals. If you have the meat (especially turkey) vegetables and potatoes you can't get a much healthier meal. They offer lots of different vegetables to fill your plate. It's a great British dish and will fill you up (less or no snacking). I can't understand people thinking if you eat this everyday it's unhealthy. The breakfasts are a different matter of course sausages and bacon aren't good to eat daily but the eggs, tomatoes, beans and mushrooms are fine with toast 😊 It's the starters and desserts that add the extras to your body 😂

Sound is very low on this one for me too, Had to turn the AC off to hear.  This one tempted me the most! Some good options in there.

I once did McDonald's big breakfast only for a week. Then, after recovery, I fasted for an entire week and went to see David Blaine in a box. It was epic.

Pancakes and Yorkies are made with the same ingredients, it truly is a mindset.

Like not all pancakes, but those kind, yeah.

Because yeah buttermilk pancakes exist and a bunch of other info dumping that could be done, you get the point lol

DKB may be our GOTY, 1005ed it earlier this week and yeah, just wow.

With my blue light discount we go fairly often. It works out fairly affordable and it saves on the effort of cooking and washing everything

I bought my first place last week and it is about a 200m walk from the nearest Toby carvery, this video came at a brilliant time for me 😂

super quiet audio for me aswell.

Only recently discovered you and have been watching through your entire back catalogue of vids, nearly watched them all. You're my new fav youtuber and being a dog groomer and Irish Setter owner I am slightly obsessed with Riley!
