I miss my May mornings on the weekends.  The best thing since Saturday cartoons in that I always looked forward to the adventures.  I hope all is well for you as i expect it is. Thank you for sharing with the world that there's beauty in England beyond London, and there's plenty of nature. 😊

I see this clip in the feed and keep thinking it's a new update

A galley that leads into the kitchen … will be interested to see that.

Webasto has a pretty good reputation in the sailboat industry, it should do allright for you.

And double glass windows. Very good for in the winter

What a wonderful new start such a beautiful boat that your able to put your own stamp on. Best of luck May

Ensure you have a big survey before you part with any money.

That boat color looks good on you! George will be a huge help and addition to this project 😊

I had a house with an Aga and after I moved no Aga and I still miss it so much.

Nice boat ! What ever you need.

Give it time and make the best of what you have

Beautiful color have that boat. And everything is new

Wow May ......everything happens for a reason ....you being there the boat being there...what a journey and having George alongside too ....new chapters beginning can't wait 😀

You can get half size agas.

You should get ahold of James from the narrowboat that James built.  He is really good at building out the interiors. 😊   good luck, sweetie.

The Heart wants what the Heart wants xx

You manifested it, you were thinking about it and so it kept showing up in your reality. Thoughts become things 🙏

Beautiful boat

Looks good, and it's nice to hear about you looking ahead! Thanks for posting!

I wouldn’t make the whole bed flip up - I would put in drawers that are accessible when the bed is closed, and make the part closest to the wall flip up in case you need to inspect anything/clothes fall down the back of the drawers.

It would be much easier to access the clothes and much easier to build, and you could even have narrower drawers stacked on top of one another to make storage easier and more practical.

I would also take note of how Adam and Lauren have their wardrobe, and do a wardrobe across the bathroom wall, especially if you have to one day accommodate George’s clothes as well.

If you want to have a stove (I honestly think a small, efficient wood burner would be better on this boat than an aha) I wouldn’t put the kitchen next to bathroom.

I would make that the lounge seating area with a fire and the beautiful hatch opposite it, then have the dinette then the kitchen at the back, with a small utility area near the entryway for your electrics and coat/boot storage.

I don’t think this boat has enough room for you to have a little person on it for very long. So if that is a priority then i would keep looking for a longer boat that will give you the space to have a second bedroom.
