Simon is very straightforward,me too .I love watching him talk.

Simon Sinek is 49, he looks so youthful and full of vitality. Great guy, great insight and knowledge.

Fastest way to build friends is to listen reflectively…. Because most people don’t listen. They are too busy with the clouds passing in their own inner sky.  Invite someone to be in your presence and joyfully accept them for who they are the way they are. (It sounds easy, but it’s an incredibly difficult behavior to demonstrate. Because it’s the behavior of unconditional love).

In my humble opinion, I would offer to Simon that he could call his friends, and instead of asking them to listen, offer an ear. Then, he find they will do the same.

I could listen to Simon for eternity. He is so insightful. I am an executive leader his same age and I highly value his ability to communicate in an empathetic and straightforward way. His videos help me grow in leadership and as a person.

Simon is so sincere and honest

"Allow me to mourn the past". This is really relatable

Hearing you speak about having that trait where you stonewall as a response, or are too direct, made something click for me. I’ve wondered why I’ve often felt like I’m missing or not getting something, in how I communicate. It’s realising that communication is a two-way interaction, and I’m a human and need to respond more like a typical human, and not a brick wall. 😅

Many people don`t understand  that loneliness often comes not from being alone but from feeling unable to share what truly matters, in these moments solitude becomes both a mirror and a place of healing.

Simon, this fucking lands right now. thank you for this

His vulnerability was truly most beautiful thing..thank you

The woman he ll choose to be with will have a rich and relationship and life !

It takes courage and strength to show such vulnerability publicly

21st century is when beautiful souls bleed and die, it is also when evil is coveted. Bygone the peace, the love, the kindness, the truth.

Wow i just loved this honesty and vulnerability.... I have friends that are single and i admire their strength for knowing what they want and not settling for 2nd best... When i was young i got myself into damaging relationships i settled as was told the opposite. So i see you as strong and loving to yourself for not being in relationships that are not the one and dont work for you or someone who doesnt love and admire the way you are and someone you have truely not fallen in love with ... ... I now admire people who have not been in long term relationship as majority of people are not happy in their relationships and dont have the guts to get out for fear of being alone.. They stay for security and money or being judged... Not for love..... Thank you. 💙💕💙💕

I was flabbergasted to hear you have ADHD, Simon. Utterly. Have it myself and it’s rather reassuring to know that a man I respect has been able to move through a career with it as you have. Loneliness? It can be so hard. I find it comes from a place of focusing on lack. Trying to embrace the alone part, but as a positive. Wishing you joy

One of the best interviews I’ve seen ❤

I love and respect both of these guys! Excellent talk! Simon is very relatable for me as a person with ADHD and autism.

Simon is really one of a kind. Authentic, brilliant mind. Thank you for sharing ❤️

I think a lot of people actually find it easier to be there for a friend who's struggling rather than succeeding.  Always assumed Simon was neurodiverse from his presentations and it's good to see him being so open now

Love this conversation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
