I love owner's respect for place and legacy.  It is good to be have loyalty and not lose sight of the tradition when possible. In today's world, many of us are working for some corporations and they have no loyalty to us so we need not be loyal to them.  Traditions are thus, lost.

As I’m travelling to Japan later this year from 🇬🇧 this is one of my sought after meals along with soba n udon, okonomiyaki, Ramen, Katsu curry, takoyaki…..well….everything This place is fantastic, that eel n egg

Oh wow ! Excellent foods i have seen serving to the customers. Amazing manager and his team members are awesome.

And thank you so much for sharing this.  This, the attitude towards work, tradition, care and careful stewardship as we all pass throughthis life, these things are important and selfless.

Looks good
