In our latest video, we take out the Suzuki V-Strom 650. What a great little bike, although the very basic model, its a joy to ride and with a great price point, won't disappoint anyone.
Apologies for the wind noise, as in Cornwall on the day of filming it was like a typhoon had landed!

Returned to biking after 20 years and tested 7 different bikes before buying the V-Strom 650 base model. Absolutely love it. Great torque, punchy, smooth motor, handles predictably, 30-second rear suspension adjustment for pillion (quicker than the screen adjustment!) - fabulous bike for the price.
One BIG omission from your review (or did I miss it...?) - it comes with Traction Control as standard - amazing on a bike at this price point. Just click through on the Mode button to set at level 1 (moderate TC), 2 (for wet/slippery conditions) or OFF (for off-road or if you just fancy it).
:)
these
days i drive a 1999 triumph speedtriple ! but when i heard of this new
version Vstrom 650 i am think replacing the triumph with this bike
