I love that Mood has free patterns, but the instructions often leave something to be desired in my experience.

The pants still looked nice, even if they weren’t quite what you wanted out of the fit. I look forward to seeing what you make next. 😊

Darn! I was hoping to love the pattern when I saw it. The women's carpenter pants I have purchased seem more like cosplay work pants and the pockets are terrible and weak. I have to get men's pants and they fit all wrong. Thanks for the honest review! I wish our cat was as affectionate as yours! Can't wait for the next video 😊

Your kitties are adorable. I love that the second one was so curious about the camera. And the black kitty is just beautiful. Not a big fan of the music. I found it distracting. The cargo pants looked comfy but still a little big. Great for working on the house. I will have to make these!

Great review. I would have been so disappointed in this pattern. Better to put energy and time into something that fits. Loved the footage of the pussy cats and the music. Was that an accordion?

I kept a couple reference books of Mom's from way back when that have the proper way to do just about every technique including welt pockets. I don't think I've ever used it.

You need to think about how much ease is in a pattern (the extra room above body measurements). I have been sewing on and off for close to 50 years. Yes I AM that old. I size up if the garment is close fitting and size down if it is loose fitting
