His butterfly is insane

Having trained with Adam I can say the one thing that goes unnoticed is his grip.  That guy gets a hold of your collar or sleeve and he owns that thing until he decides he doesn’t.

One of the great things that BJJ teaches us is "leave your ego outside the mat", even Adam which is a world champion taps on training, I love BJJ more and more everyday

I love the fact he will go an entire shark tank only trying one sweep and he has no ego if he gets passed. That’s why he is so damn good

2:08 was beautiful pass

One of my favorites. Beautiful JiuJitsu.

Dude at the two minutes mark though

Swept Jansen like it was easy work.

So basically, establish a grip on his bottom leg to prevent him securing butterfly/halfguard/butterflyhalf in order to destabilize his comfort zone.

I was always curious how he brings people to their knees so that he can actually play butterfly guard. I bought his instructional and he doesn't explain it lol.
Watching this I can see now how he does it. He goes to shin to shin in various ways to bring them down.

1:22 bro, this it crazyyy

Freakin' love Adam Wardziński! His butterfly guard is a thing of beauty!

2:11 Wow!!

Butterfly 🦋 🔥

why is he shark tanking at black belt? his open guard is incredible!

Adaś potęga 💪😎

100% respect for Adam. As I was a purple belt I know what it feels how lower belts ( or for him : sub top black belts) attack you with all they have and I also did it as a blue belt attacking black belts. The win is not always for the best player then but always interesting for both sides. I miss the mats and plan to start again with BJJ after a 2 years break (different reasons) in two or three months. I am 48  y now.

That butterfly sweep... i'm going to start playing with that more

Love Adam’s game!

Sick!!
