Well done mate. 7years now for me. Best decision I ever made. I don’t doubt if I’d carry on drinking a bottle of whiskey a day, I’d. e dead now. Or in prison. Keep going. One day at a time.
Love to see a man fighting his demons and winning. There will come a point where you stumble or something goes away. Keep this same energy and you will overcome it. God Bless you Ross.
I don't miss the hangovers, the empty bank account, the shakes, throwing up every morning, the failed relationships and the disparaging looks from work colleagues. Sober for 5 years and I am SO much happier! Well done, Ross. You've crossed the bridge to a much happier and richer life. Don't look back and don't berate yourself. Congratulate yourself every day for no longer poisoning yourself. Great job man!
Oh bro, i'm so happy for you! Congratulations on your 2 weeks sober!! That's amazing! Keep going, stay positive and keep pushing forward. You can do anything you want in life if you go for it. There's a quote i heard about a year ago that changed the way that i think about my actions and its this..... "the things you don't change in your life, you choose". Thanks for the videos! we're all routing for you!
2 weeks is massive mate-Usually,after I've done the 72 hour horrors, and I'm feeling good-5-6 days dry-that's when I cave in -and it's back to fucking square one -much respect and keep it up -Geordie Dave (still in Thailand) x
Incredible. Keep it up man. I am 4 years sober, but I remember the first few weeks and months like it was yesterday. You should feel proud because the first few weeks and months of sobriety are the most significant
Being dependent on alcohol is depressing.
