I just realized in all my time uploading keys to YouTube, I've never uploaded a video of me playing arms. So, here it is! I'm normally anti-arms but the build and playstyle is actually very fun this season, and it's definitely strong. Is it better than fury warrior though? I'd say it's really dependent on the key. I think both fury and arms are exceptionally good for keys this season and in my opinion, you can safely play whichever you like more for most dungeons. For a dungeon like Ruby Life Pools though, I'd say arms is the clear winner. Every trash pack has an important prio target that needs to die asap, and you're always fighting at least 3 targets so you are benefitting off of the funnel. You can also have infinite funnel on the first boss, provided your tank repeatedly steps on the eggs to spawn adds. And of course, the second and third boss is just perma 2-target cleave. So this dungeon is an example where arms is quite a bit stronger than Fury. But before anyone panics, let me say that I'm not giving up on Fury this season. I'll probably still play it for most of our keys as I do think it is perfectly viable and competitive. But in places where Arms is very obviously the better choice, such as RLP, I'll probably be playing it over Fury.
