Clones rule. Never had a problem with them. Great value.

Nice of Mikey to send those for the comparison. Sad they are able to mislabel things so blatantly. Still, it's a good deal for anyone looking to save a bunch of bucks! Thanks for the review, Andrew!

$66 Allday! With 2 Of them, If One Dies Sooner, Just Pop the Other One in and Drop the Dead One in the Charger.

Thats Still Over $110 Saved!

18650 is 18 mm dia and 65 mm long. 2170 is 21 mm dia and 70 mm long . I think the chemistry determines the voltage of the cell, not the size. Tesla model S has 18650 and newer model 3 and Y have 2170. The newest Teslas use 4680 cells, 46mm dia and 80 mm long. Also batteries have a C factor which is a multiplier of the current available and a 2amp cell with a C factor of 50 can provide 100 amps of current. I’m not sure how this applies to power tools though…..

Very Interesting! I would have to give the knock off ones a try since all I do is stuff around my house. But it was a good comparison. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome video.  Thank you Andrew for your honest review.  Good info all the way around. You are right better than expected.  Keep up the awesome work that you do sir.

Thanks Mikey!

It's a shame these tests weren't done under load. Nobody uses their grinder/disk cutter for 34 minutes non stop without citting anything 😂 I've had probably 50 of the chinese batteries over the last 10 years, but in the end went back to buying the genuine ones.  Yes they're a lot cheaper but they absolutely do not have the longevity of a genuine battery, whether its over It's whole life or through one charge. In a circular saw cuttin timber containing moisture, tbey die fast. Thumbs up for DIY, not for work

I think the lightweight is a bonus

All I know is my Dewalt (Amazon 5.0Ah) batteries cost me $83 each and Home Depot wants $128, but the 2 Waitley 20V 6.0Ah were only $27.99 each and they work for me just as well so how can you go wrong?

All the chinese tools I bought from them gave me two Dewalt type batteries per. Of the Ryobi multitools I've bought, it depends on the tool for battery longevity. My hedge trimmer, weed wacker lasts longer than my blower. Good comparison. Thanks!

Nice shop behind you... I'm so jealous

Thanks Mikey for sending the batteries to Andrew to test. Sad for the false label but not bad for the money though

Nice testing. I’ve been using the knockoff batteries for probably the last 8 years, for the money they can’t be beat. The knockoff “Waitley” brand is supposed to be one of the better ones. My favorite batteries are my Dewalt flex batteries 20/60v they are strong.

After a battery of tests it's hard to decide how much amazon should charge for these.... :-)

I just had a dewalt battery go bad. I like the off brand battery lasted a little longer and I think I will order some to save money.

If they last longer im buying them ❤

knockoff link outdated?

Nicely done my. Yes I bought the knock off also ,I have no problem doing that, you could throw them away and stil be money a head..so thanks for the great videos..🌴🌴🐊🦎🏝😎

Still a good deal
