The DARK TRUTH About Survivor Series 1995

Daily Stunner

12,701 views

Survivor Series 1995 wasn't just another pay-per-view — it was the night the WWF's landscape quietly started to shift. Bret Hart. Diesel. Shawn Michaels. Undertaker. British Bulldog. Yokozuna. Owen Hart. Razor Ramon. Vader. Every name on that card was fighting for more than a spot on the roster — they were fighting for the future of the company, and most fans never saw the real story behind it.

This video breaks down what really happened behind the curtain at Survivor Series 1995: the political maneuvering around Bret Hart's WWF Championship win over Diesel, Vader's shocking WWF debut against Yokozuna, and why the traditional Survivor Series elimination matches were about to become a dying format as the WWF pushed deeper into what would become the Attitude Era. Shawn Michaels, Undertaker, British Bulldog, Owen Hart, Razor Ramon, Savio Vega, Goldust — we go through the full card and expose the backstage tension that the commentary never mentioned.

If you think you know the story of Survivor Series 1995, think again. The Dark Truth is finally coming out.

Why are you saying both Bodydonnas are dead when only Chris Candido is?

I remember growing up watching live shows at the Freeman Colesium in the early 90s Hogan, Warrior. and a young Undertaker and when Steve Austin got hot his entrance would shake the building!! Around 2018 Ziggler, Lynch, and poor Baron Corbin couldn't fill a 3rd of that small arena...when Corbin lost it was so quite i felt sorry and started booing and the crowd followed but man that was no Tuesday in TX...

One thing to take into consideration in Nash's reign as champion. The characters and roster was littered with gimmicks like , H.O.G., TL Hopper, Mantaur, Aldo Montoya and much. He had worked with already the best upper card talent they had at the time. Couldn't work with Taker because they were both faces. Razor was a good guy also. Who else besides Sid and Mabel did they really have? The company was already not doing well in 1994. People just seem to forget this or are quick to blame Nash.

Why do these videos not refer to “the owner” by name?

Man Owen is the most tragic of the fallen! He didn’t do the gas, no drug or alcohol problems, plus everything shared in this video. Genuinely good man, funny without getting mean with it like a lot of the ribs in that locker room. And that is all before you start talking about his talent! Nobody else could have gotten the Blazer 💔 as over like he did! Killed it in the Nation. Only the good die young, I guess 😭

Oh wow, WWF could have went to a differnt dirctections of making a great Villian like Yokozuna to rival the "Ric Flair" of WCW to help carry the company until WWF find a real hero to beat Yokozuna and Diesel could have been that guy to buid up Wrestling fans to watch WWF him beat Yokozuna and made a great storyline that could last a year or more but instead made Diesel a villian in a short time only to put the title back to Bret Hart in desperation for ratings. Then came when WWF bringing in Smokey Wrestling company led by Jim Cornette that was suppose to help WWF gain ratings didn't work out and again it was out of desperation for ratings. This was the time when the WWF could have built a villian that dominated the company for long enough to rebuild the fans to draw numbers under a Villian dominating and see whether if WWF can build a hero to take back the Heavy Weight Title. WCW have already done that with Big Van Vader and succedeed that route before acqiring Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair was champion at the time before title change. WWf could have built thier business around Yokozuna before having a suitable hero to beat him and made a career for himself for years to come and restart the Villian to win the Championship when the acquired Van Vader to aquire the title and get a new hero to beat him in over time when WCW's NWO take-over mattered to get ratings equal or greater in WWF's old formula to work from the old "Hulk Hogan" that always beat everybody to a Great Villian to take the title for so long until a real Hero can beat him for great ratings and use that formula at the time.

Did u really just say that tom Prichard died? Come on get your facts straight!!!!!

@sebastiansoicyburr1831 5 days ago (edited)

You need to put some respect on chris. Candino's name, he did not die from an overdose. How do you make a video? And you don't even have your fact straight he die from acute pneumonia and surgical complications
