Today we visited a restaurant that earned a Michelin star in just four months, and if our information is correct, they were the fastest in Spain to achieve this distinction. The place is called EMi, and we loved it from beginning to end.

The chef, Rubén Hernández, has impeccable training, having worked in several internationally renowned restaurants: Noma, Geranium, Atomix, Minibar, and Azurmendi. In fact, we've tried to get into Atomix (New York) several times, but it's been IMPOSSIBLE. It's always packed.

On the other hand, Miguel Ángel Millán (the one without a mustache in the two people pictured) is also highly regarded, as he's one of the most respected sommeliers in the world. He's worked at places like the old Jockey, Santceloni, Kabuki Wellington, and DiverXO. In addition, he has a charisma that completely captivates you.

I won't tell you much more, since the video is as long as a movie and you'll have plenty of entertainment (and culture) to keep you busy.
