My bad guys, I should've added a warning at the beginning of the video. From level 3 onwards there are some spooky photos, and level 4 is a jump scare

Sometimes i have dreams where i'm not the main character but it's like a movie and i'm the camera

Loop nightmares are fucked up :( an entire night trying to wake up, but falling back in every time.

Sometimes, i get dreams where everything seems normal but something is wrong and it makes the dream scary without anything actively scaring me

level 6: dreaming that you are in the toilet pissing

The worst dream is if you work a full day at your job you do all the daily routine stuff and the moment you arrive at home and be ready to chill a bit you wake up and have to go to work "again"

from someone who has lucid dreamed many times my experience is that everything in your dreams comes from your expectations, if something is chasing you, you expect it to be hostile but if you change your expectations (like imagining it running up to give you a hug or something) it will match your expectations. Its the same with controlling your dreams if you dont expect to be able to control the dream then you cant.

Level one dreaming is just the loading screen when your dream is being downloaded from the dream web

For around a year I conducted an experiment on myself. I started by keeping a dream journal writing as much as I could remember from the dream as soon as I woke up. At first it was a couple sentences but very quickly I would remember more and more and the sentences became pages almost every night.

Marble palaces, witches with carrots for hair, ridiculous but vivid.

Around 6 months into the experiment I was able to be aware when I was in a dream state.

I remember the first time I lucid dreamt.
I was on the terrace of my old childhood home. I used to go up there often 15 years ago when I was a kid to watch the stars.

I remember thinking to myself I am dreaming. And we are on the 5 th floor. If I were to jump off this terrace I would have to wake up. But, if I was a bouncy ball...hhmmm. So, I jumped off and as I was falling I turned myself into a bouncy ball 😂 I fell all the way down from the 5th flour but bounced right back and then again. I had beaten the most primal instinct that woke us from our sleep.

For another six months I improved on my control over my lucid dreaming, the context, environment, and even laws of physics were my playground.

Until one day...you all knew this was coming. I decided to change too much.

My hubris, got to me.

I was in a circus. Flying elephants, carousels in the sky, acrobats, and a myriad of colours, it had everything. But I felt like I had seen it all. I was bored. So, I ordered blissfully to change this all. I want something else. Something I had not seen.

Everything disappeared, pitch blackness, until I realized I was in my bed in my room with my eyes closed, but I could see. Everything, was gray and white. Only 4 walls 1 small window and a bed with me in it, no door.

I tried to wake up but couldn't I tried to open my eyes but I couldn't, but I could see myself laying in the bed. I was stuck.

As I was fighting with all my power to open my eyes. When I heard the most thunderous sound coming from outside. And it grew louder deafening. Then came a bright red light from the tiny window. The space started shaking violently the walls cracked and everything came down on itself as the ocean waves poured in first from the window then took down the whole room itself. Everything collapsed on itself. The whole dream imploded, the space and time that I had created.

And I was standing up in my bed, breathing heavy, and sweating.
My eyes were still closed for maybe 5 minutes I was too scared to open them. I just sat there not sure if I was dreaming or awake.

Then I slowly did open my eyes. I realized my night lamp was I had left it on the red hue color before going to bed. And then I heard the horn of a ship passing by the dock next to my house.

This was 5 years ago. Since then I stopped writing in my book this one was the last entry. I don't remember my dreams anymore, I barely even dream at all.
I still have the book, I've been thinking about trying to write in it again but. It scares me to be honest.

I have only told a couple of very close friends about this until now. But, I guess today I decided to open up on a random YouTube comment. Oh well.

The worst jumpscare of this video is the voice shouting "Level one!", "Level two!", etc.

I often experience a kind of "snooze dreaming"
I wake up from my alarm, press the snooze button, and continue sleeping. Each time I do this, I end up with a dream that feels like it lasts hours. And somehow I remember my dreams more vividly this way.
Makes it really hard to get up in the morning when I know I can just repeatedly do this and get what feels like hours of dream time for every 10 minutes of snooze time.

I've had a dream where people were speaking fluent Korean, but it made no sense because I'm not fluent in Korean.

Who came from that reel ?

I lucid dream regularly. I have been doing it since I was 17 (32 now). One of my favorite dreams was where I flew into the sky and asked an entity to enlighten me and it said “just because I’m in your dream doesn’t make me less real than you. We both exist in the moment”.

I have what I like to call "fake lucid dreams". There's usually a moment in all of my dreams where I either realize I'm in a dream or something happens that would normally make it super obvious. But for some reason, I lack the ability to fully comprehend it. So I'll realize it's a dream, and then proceed to ignore this fact and keep going like nothing has changed. And then I'll wake up and feel like I've been ripped off.

The worst times this happens is when it's a nightmare, because instead of realizing I have full control over the dream, I become even more scared because I know my mind will come up with whatever I fear most.

I had one dream years ago that still baffles me to this day:

I was walking downtown to an ATM to take out some money, but then a mob appeared and demanded me to give them all I had at knifepoint, but at that moment, I knew it was a dream... And then I said this to them; "If you cause pain to me, I will wake up and you all will die and snap out of existence". And when I said that, they all went wide-eyed and slowly walked away like robots, as if they knew this fact.

It was a terribly bad idea to watch this at 3:00 am

once when i was 4, in my dream my friend said to me "you know this is a dream right?" while we were playing on a playground and I just said "yeah" and we continued playing.

My dad who passed away a few years ago is frequently in my dreams and I always remember them vividly. It's like being with him again. It's bittersweet.

I had a lucid dream that began as intense nightmare. I tried to piece together why I was where I was. Soon I realized I was dreaming, and told all of my friends and family that were with me that I knew it wasn't real. They all gave up the act, and joked about not wanting to perform the earlier parts of the dream again.
