One time I had sleep paralysis, and my hands were completely numb, but for whatever reason with enough effort, I was able to walk and my sleep paralysis demon was actually just my mom checking up on me. Very trippy experience.

Last night I had a dream about lucid dreaming where I piched my nose, found out I was dreaming, got happy about it, then resumed the dream like nothing was wrong. 😅

I have sometimes had "lucid dreams" i think without trying to get them. I would realise i was dreaming, i yet couldnt fully control the dream but i was aware i was dreaming, and i could just open my eyes to get out of sleep. When i would try to close my eyes again, i would instantly start dreaming again from the point where i woke up, so i could basically manually hop out and hop in my dreams.

i had a half lucid dream thing.
So it was really normal, but everyone could just quite litteryly command anything, and halfway through I realised I was dreaming and it was peak

I remember a time when I had a nightmare but suddenly realized I can just exit the nightmare if I woke up. Then I forced myself to wake up, only to realize i was still sleeping. that repeated about 4 more times before i finally opened my eyes

I got so lucky last night cuz I was in a rlly like scary fkn nightmare and then realised it was a dream. I was for some reason saying to the ppl in the dream
"This is a dream. It isn't real." As if ppl in a dream would understand 🥀
Anyways, I like stopped hiding bcuz in the dream I was, and basically did whatever I wanted n it was so sick

It has been a period in my life that every time when i get sick 🤒 i dream the same dream of a huge muscular man with a long hair that chases me but one time I actually lucid dreamed that i have beaten him up so bad i mean i was actually able to jump high and be able to preform a ninja moves just like movies 🎥 and i was aware of all of that

I learned to lucid dream way back in 1984, when Nightmare on Elm St. was released. I stopped doing it all the time because I was waking up tired. My mind wasn't resting like I needed it to. I can still take control of my dreams when I want to though.
