We are due in December 2020 and our infertility and IVF journey began in June 2017. We started IVF in May 2019 and after 2 cycles and 3 transfers we have our miracle baby! Thank you for making this video, all the points were handy. I was the same when you spoke about talking about it/giving details. I only told my sister and kept it a 'secret' to protect me and my mental health.

Hi, thank you for the advice. I was researching the different medication I'll be taking online. When I came across the pesserie (bullet kind), I felt uncomfortable. So, I called the nurse at my clinic and asked if there was another method like an injection, which I came across online and she said it should be okay and that the nurse will mention it to the Consultant. Thank God. I'm in the UK and I'm going through it with the NHS and as it's free (though paid for through our taxes) I wondered if they would only allow a certain type to be used.

Great advice, thank you! I’m starting my third transfer soon and have decided to keep this one a secret. Only my parents and sister know. Having to update friends throughout the process was really difficult; I am hoping it will take the pressure off this time. 🤞🏽

Im also doing now a video about my ivf journey and we are same, i started the ivf at may 2017,and its really difficult ive been through a lot of struggles, depression because lot of things happened before my ivf done.

Great tips! I also went through IVF. Im lucky that it worked the first time and I had my daughter in 2018. I just went to do a frozen embryo transfer for baby#2 and am about 4 weeks now.. But throughout the whole journey it was emotionally, physically and mentally hard. But it has made my husband and I relationship stronger. But omg I feel so bad for you about the pressuries. I did not have to do that but instead took progesterone in oil shots which are and inch and a half long needles that go in my upper butt area, which are not that bad... it just makes my butt sore. But congrats to you and Phil! :)

I was really enjoying your video until you said the part about IVF breaking up marriages and that those marriages probably didn’t have a strong foundation to start with - I think you meant it as a generalisation - but maybe change or adjust your mindset on that one - maybe a marriage with a rock solid foundation can be damaged ended bY IVF for a number of reasons you know? Example 10+ years of infertility and miscarriages before IVF... just something for you to think about.
