You should have tried Cadbury before AMERICA RUINED IT 😢

For all the commentors talking about Cadbury chocolate, yes it has been ruined but, there's some good news, Cadbury's grandson is making chocolate, to the original recipe, it's called lovecocoa, you're welcome!

American here. Lived in the UK for 30 years now. You couldn’t drag me back.

I said to a friend today that everywhere in the UK is down the road.  If you go further than that,  you're in the sea!
One of the reasons I love this channel is because it makes me look at my country in a different way. Thanks,  Russ! ❤

You seem happier and healthier now.

The worst thing that ever happened to Cadbury was selling to the yanks. They ruined the recipe. It's just not the same anymore.

Aw, Russ, you have such an open attitude - you're so welcome here. Enjoy yourself xx

Dairy Milk doesn't taste like that anymore. The Americans bought Cadbury and filled our chocolate with palm oil, sugar and shit. Now it just tastes like sweet grease. It's not as bad as American chocolate but it's getting there.

You're not allowed back....You're ours now.

The grass really is greener on this side of the pond!

I used to work for Microsoft - US but based at home here in the UK. I very quickly realised I’d sold my soul for a few pound more. 6 months in I was like nah, this is not for me. And went back to properly tending my garden on a weekend. Much better 🌱🌷🌻

A pub I do technical work in had a few US tourists in a few weeks back and they had never tried things like lamb and asked the manager (a close friend)  what the best meat on the menu was.   He explained what all the options but they could not make their minds up,  he then called the kitchen and got a mixed grill for each of them for the price of a basic steak.  Lamb and pork chops, a small sirloin steak, Gloucester old spot sausages, Cajun chicken breast etc.  They said they could not believe that they were given and it wouldn't happen in the "States",  when they got the bill they asked why there was no service charge and my friend said there was no need as he pays the staff but if they do feel obliged there is a charity bottle on the bar!

look at how much younger and healthier he looks compared to his older videos. he looks like a totally different person.

"I popped into a corner shop and got a chocolate bar, it only cost me a quid" you really are going native bro, good on you. Nice to see lol

Russ, I speak for a great many of us when I say officially your ours now. No backsies, hearing you say quid fills me with joy. As I get older I get so angry at the injustice that Americans face especially with their work culture it's toxic and harmful. Life is to be experienced and enjoyed. Cheerio dear chap enjoy your next cup of tea.

You are like a breath of fresh air, Really enjoy your videos love how much you love the UK  ❤

You were lied to, glad you're here now 🤗

Not NEEDING a car to get around is a level of freedom I never knew existed before coming here.

I'm on the bus with Russ!
