On Trieu Phong Calm Farm, this gentle day begins in the forest with Tom, Lu, and Mun โ catching chickens after a quiet search for luck among the trees. We find a beautiful flock of fancy chickens and rare chicken breeds, then choose chicken breeding over selling: these birds come home as new breeding stock. Back on the farm, I bathe and settle the new chickens, guide them into the coop, and care for the flock with calm, gentle hands. After the long forest walk, I cook a warm pot of porridge โ soft homemade dog food and a comforting meal for dogs โ to restore Tom, Lu, and Mun. This slow living day is pure nature therapy. ๐๐ถ๐ฅ๐ฟ
Tom, Lu, and Mun stay close throughout our search for fancy rare chickens in the forest and the quiet walk home. At the farm, the new breeding birds rest safely in their clean coop while the dogs gather for a late, warm meal in the yard. Every step โ catching rare chickens for breeding, settling farm chickens into the coop, then cooking for the farm dogs โ is filled with the peace of off-grid mountain country life. This is real homesteading. Real slow living. Real nature therapy. Real dog care on a healing farm. ๐ฟThis is Slow Living in Vietnam โ where every day brings fresh harvests, simple cooking, and the quiet joy of off-grid life with our farm family: Tom (white dog), Lu (black dog), and Miu (white cat). ๐๐
