These figures cost way too much money to not want them to be perfect.

damn, this straight up looks like a touched up mezco lmao

Thank you Hot Toys! For fumbling the design of the original, most popular, and iconic of all the Predators just to make a quick buck!

Dean. Don't worry about the negative comments. I've got your back. We in this together. Hot toys messing up really bad

Neca 1/4 scale jungle Hunter still beat Hot Toys 16 years after in terms of sculpt and accuracy

Generational fumble by Hot Toys. I am praying for Inart to pick up the Predator License!

What a fucking disgrace man.. calling this a 2.0 is ridiculous. Having the balls to release something like this and say SCREEN ACCURATE.. no fucking way. You know what the worst part is? if people dont buy it, Hot Toys will assume theres no interest in the line and they wont make anything from this IP until they run out of star wars/marvel shit. So if you cancel it, you lose, if you buy it.. well you lose.. first the robocop, now this.. come on!

I had a feeling Hot Toys wasn't going to update the body. Which is desperately needed for the Predator figures.

I was waiting for you reaction. What a slap on the face by Hot Toys

It's so strange how the prototype has 3 beads on the dreads and the final doesn't. It's almost like the factory made a mistake and Hot Toys was just like "eh...just send it".   The unpainted quills is also just crazy, I don't get it.

We’ll meet again in another 10-15 years guys 🍻

Honestly, I already hated it since the first reveal...

Probably the only one with this opinion, but I find that 2014 re-used predator body so unfathomably disgusting that I can't stand even looking at this figure just because of that, nevermind the innacuracies. That piece of garbage body was acceptable back then, but its been a bit since 2014... using that inferior poorly engineered body in 2026 is embarrassing

Pretty shameful, all of it. I can't believe HT can unveil something as impressive as Tomorrow from DS2 and then release this amalgamation of reused trash from over 10 years ago

In a time where they're constantly getting outdone by InArt and now JazzInc, it's disappointing to see the supposed premier 1/6 scale maker be lazy, take shortcuts and generally just take us all for granted. I hoped they'd fix it but looks like I'm getting this Classic Predator 2.0 from Predators that I owned and sold years back. If you come across a customiser who makes a screen accurate true Jungle Hunter headsculpt for this please give it a shout out on your video.

And to this day, Prime 1 Studios is the only company to accurately recreate the Jungle Hunter bio mask

It really does feel like Hot Toys didn't even look at reference photos. I still think it is an improvement over the "Classic Predator" simply because of the eyes being moveable, but yeah not enough have been done for this to actually be a real 2.0 of the original Jungle Hunter...

Watch them release a "Battle Damaged version, two weeks later and correct those simple inaccuracies (beaded dreads, quills, and paint). That would be an even bigger slap in the face.

Dean you were the first person I thought of when I seen the blogger pics. Been waiting on your video on this. Super disappointed with this one I really thought they would have updated it but it seems to have maybe gotten worse since prototype stage. "Newly developed body" was a complete lie from Hot Toys.

I genuinely do not understand how a company supposedly built on accuracy can't get this right. It's embarrassing

People who do say “don’t buy it if you don’t like it.” have a point. If you vote with your wallet and not buy it Hot Toys will get it eventually. There are several HT figures I refuse to purchase in the last two years.

I just can’t believe that they had a year to fix it somehow they made it worse. Fingers crossed they made some changes to the broken tusk predator because right now I’m worried they haven’t. Thanks again as always Dean for how honest you are with this stuff unlike some of the people doing videos on this figure.

Meanwhile hottoys released billions Ironman suits and Batman new sculpt, they don't care about this Iconic creature off all-time what a huge disrespect!😬
