Bolt Action Terrain: Cars & Trucks. For me the terrain on my battlefield looks a bit sterile without signs of life such as animals, civilians and vehicles. There are a number of 3D printable cars out there, but not many at the moment, so I’ve looked for alternatives. I came across the Days Gone models by Lledo and they have a scale, whilst not exact is certainly passable.
Days Gone models can be found all over and I often pick them up cheap at car boots, or charity shops. They come in a variety of liveries but with a little effort you can change these to match the country that your battle takes place in. These Days Gone models are like a cheap version of the old Matchbox Models of Yesteryear and as such do have some noticeably plastic details, but with paint, washes and weathering this can soon be overcome.
