My 5 year old says to me today "mama do you remember watching that guy look at old houses? I want to do that with you again because that was special time to me". So we are here watching you and spending special time together! Thank you for the great videos!
Glass block in the bathroom very cool! This place just needs some upgrades and a good cleaning. Really liked the layout of this house. The basement would be a great guest space or elder family member residence. Another great one, Ethan!!
This is a decent house. I like the layout. The kitchen is dated but nice. Love all the windows! The little shelf in the kitchen is probably for a phone and phone book. Thanks for sharing Ethan! 😊
Really like that shirt, very cool with those shades😊. Nice to see a place that's not being torn down. The house is just 30 yrs. young. Too close to neighbor house though. BTW, I live in Orlando and talk about heat and HUMIDITY!
What another beautiful house Ethan and thank you for sharing this video with us 😁Thumbs up on the video 👍Have a wonderful day today and weekend ❤️🙏😎💪⭐️
1995 I was one when this home was settling. That was a middle class house back then. 😮 what went wrong. I would kill to have this and they built things to last. Everything is designed to last 10 years or less planned obsolescence. Love the layout there nothing wrong with this house.
Nice explore Ethan. For being so close to neighbours, it certainly has a lot of natural light. I especially imagine sitting in the kitchen with that walk out to the deck. Just a small note, we called the front room, living room and used exclusively for guests. Never allowed to eat there. Lol. The room next to the kitchen, was the family room where all relaxed, watched movies and snacked. So yes, you’re right, that the categorization of name is kind of backwards. Most of these large subdivision developments were standard across the gta to entice owners to move to an area away from city centres. Unfortunately, kids grow and move out and the home is too big for an aging couple. Isn’t it a waste though? It is grand but unsustainable in the long run unless it’s divided.
Hi Ethan, this was a really nice property and I hope it’s repurposed and not demolished.🤞🏼Loved the wee balcony overlooking the main door. Good sized rooms. Knew you’d like those glass blocks in the bathroom.😉👍🏼Lots of stuff just left behind.🤷♀️Very near the main road though and the neighbours. 🫤Ta for the tour, stay safe.😊
