부인이 남편대신 일을 할 수는 없었는지
아뭏튼 너무 안타깝네요 요즘 남 녀 구분이 일하는데는 없는시대다 보니
남편의 돌아가심이 안타까워 하는 말입니다
꼭 남자가 돈을 벌어야 된다는 법은 없으니까요
대한민국 국민 대부분이 노동을 하면서 사는데, 산재 신청을 하면 신청자에 당시 노동 이력만 확인하고 그 전 노동을 통해서 진행된 과정은 무시하고 자연적 노화에 의한 질병이라고 판정하죠.
그래서 상반기땐 산재가 그나마 인정되는데 하반기땐 동일 조건도 산재 불승인이 많이 나죠.
기업이 산재 보험료 누진제 때문이라는 의심도 하게되고.
세금내고 평생 노동하고 살았는데,
늙어서 그래. 그것도 비참한데.
복지라는 이름으로 국민을 보호해야 되는 정책이 사회적 약자들을 죽음으로 내몰면서 성과에 대상이 된다는게.
사회적 비용을 개인에게 부담시키는
나라가 그런 정책을 펴는 정부가 오래 가겠어요?
오랜세월 한국을 떠났기에 보험과 연금 차이를 이해못해서 그냥 외국의 법칙.사레를 비하여 전합니다 . 우선 기본적으로 심사위나..근로능력이나 .. 무조건 감사단(?). 위원장(?). 협회장(?)모두가 환자를 판단할땐 모든 분야에 직접관련 없는 깨끗한 제 3자 재단만 평가를 할수있읍니다 .
왜냐하면 환자를 어떤목적 으로 평가할땐 평가하는 협회가 일자리..월급..승진..
모든면에 정신적으로 뇌물. 눈치. 일자리등 결국연금단체 나 보험단체로 눈치볼수밖에 없기에 .아에 평가 금지를 법적으로 허락안되고 .또 만약 했다면 결과물 무효로 법정에서 인정 안됩니다 .
❤❤❤❤❤❤ 아직도 한국의 시스템이 꼭 국민의 인권자유로 덜 되었군요 .유럽독일에서 감사합니다.
그리고 부인분이라도 나가서 대신 일을 하셨어야죠...저정도였는데
