That Magnum Tho! Crazy we recorded that like half a year ago 🤣 I had forgotten how fun that was. Appreciate being part of the video man. The editing from the moment you started the raid mode section of the video til the end was incredible, that was some of my favorite content you've ever produced in all honesty I was so impressed man well done, so happy I was apart of it. And huge shout out to my boy Callum for being such a chad.

Revelations is my favorite in the series, it is the reason I'm an RE fan
I was fortunate enough to get my 3DS copy of the game signed by Michelle Ruff the actress for Jill

Iirc the "pale raider" or the super long magnum, is based on the revolver the joker uses in Tim Burtons Batman

Good video overall. Here’s a few tips for anyone trying to get the platinum trophy solo:

[Campaign]
- In my experience, the easiest way to dodge attacks is to strafe left or right THEN push up on the left stick. No need to press X. Stop moving forward, wait for the enemy to get close to draw their attack and dodge.

The games does a poor job of telling you, but you press X to dodge with the quick turn. Best timing for the backwards dodge is to hold down on the stick THEN press X as they move to attack.

- Get the M40A1 sniper rifle. Starting from Episode 3-2, you can pick this weapon up either from the Promenade entrance or the Solarium by the pool’s filtration system. With a high critical hit rate and an absurd ~3x critical damage, this weapon will carry you throughout Jill’s gameplay, especially with the parts Critical 1 and Damage 3 and above.

Most bosses will fall to this sniper rifle very quickly if you focus on their weak spots. Even Norman Abyss will be defeated before you know it. Shoot his heart when it’s exposed and the tumour/brain on his back takes even more damage when you get the chance to attack it. Both are weak spots and therefore take critical damage.

[Raid Mode]
- “Bonus Demigod” (150 bonuses) - each difficulty has 20 stages and the Trinity Bonus counts for 4 from the same stage. So you get 80 bonuses per difficulty. Chasm is a breeze and Trench is not that hard, so doing all stages for both gives 160.

- “First Circle/Midland/Seventh Circle Overseer” (Chasm/Trench/Abyss S-ranks) - You can always return to these stages at a higher level and crush everything. Your current level does not count towards your rank, just don’t miss too much or take a ton of damage and you’ll get the S-rank easily.

- Once you get to level 40 and above, you can run through the Ghost Ship bonus stage and grab as many custom parts and illegal parts as you can manage. Pause and retire when you’ve had enough or hit a wall to keep any parts or weapon cases you picked up. Some of the parts found here (And on Chaos but it’s harder) are the best versions of the parts you’ve found across the game. Damage 6, Capacity 10, Fire Rate 4 are just a few examples so don’t be afraid to keep hunting for good equipment.

8:30 This was one of the hardest trophies i had to reload the save like 12 times. If she get's up and runs it's over. You have to grenade spam her until she can't get up

Revelations is my favorite RE game. I love the way the engine is over the shoulder but manages to carry over the clunkiness from the original games.

Just 2 guys having a good time...

I miss the bow decoy grenades they saved my ass during 3:49 that stupid Chris section

11:59 i have never seen that before… I don’t think…

this game is hard af to plat, but raid mode is so damn fun that I got addicted to it and platinumed it before I knew it lol Infernal is ridiculous, but once you get a hold of how to dodge properly, it is easier, a little.

Hell yeah dude good luck playing resident evil revelations 2 make sure your buying the complete edition if your going to get the platinum trophy

19:41 This whole time playing that game and I thought I missed most of the dodge timings. Turns out using your face to dodge attacks was a thing all along. Talking about revelations.

That magnum though

That ‘mayday’ monster is haunting just through his sound design alone.

As for the plat, I’ve already dealt with one big slog of a trophy list (Friday the 13th), so I try to avoid plats like that.

I like Revelations, it's the game equivalent of a "popcorn movie". But platinum-ing it would be hell for sure.

I remember grinding raid mode to level 50 and getting all the weapons to sail through ABYSS easily. God I played the hell out of it

i have been waiting for this for so long, revelations is my childhood so this really hits. great vid fr

I’m so glad to know I wasn’t the only one struggling with this final boss. After playing that tho, this game really should get a remaster along with the other ones.

that MAGNUM though. another masterpiece from the beast himself

this was the first game ive ever played. In second grade and now i literally know where everything is

Ps: that magnum though! hot diggity damn
