In descriptive notation, referenced at 0:35 in the video, Black's first move (c5 in modern algebraic notation) is not P-QB5 as Levy indicated, but P-QB4 (pawn to Queen's Bishop four). The squares are described from the perspective of the player making the move. This matters for art and cultural reasons, as descriptive notation is often still used and historically used in literature, but it also matters for players who may want to read old chess books, records, or problem compositions. Algebraic notation is superior in that it is less likely to be ambiguous and errors are more easily avoided, but it is worth knowing descriptive notation to appreciate our rich history of chess art and literature. Living memory is older than our modern notation, so almost all of chess that is older than the internet is recorded in descriptive notation.

I’m sure it’s been pointed out a lot already, but it’s called the dragon variation because the kingside pawns are arranged to look like the constellation draco.
