2:36 “these aren’t mistakes, these are choices” is a great line to hold someone accountable.

I love how he walks in like a teacher in an out of control class. LOL

it cracks me up how they act like it's some undercover operation nobody in the bar knows about but then we're very clearly watching footage from a handheld camera. 🤣

it must be so scary as a patron who doesnt know who jon taffer is, just seeing this guy with a pissed expression walk into a bar and seeing the staff immediatley look terrified 😂

Refilling alcohol bottles with cheap liquor is a huge no no. It's even illegal to refill them with the same brand! Dumb, especially when you're on TV!

Anyone who has watched 1 Episode of Bar Rescue & Kitchen Nightmares should know these 3 rules by heart:
1) Never store cooked meat & raw meat next to each other or risk cross contamination.
2) Expiration dates on food products & ingredients are never optional.
3) Clean everything regardless of how little it was used to prevent the spread of germs & bacteria.

This was the only show that was played during my time in the mental hospital. It was so damn entertaining 😂Glad I’ve healed so I can watch Bar Rescue on my own will

I adore how much john loves his gadgets and gizmos. Any time he gets to explain a new device like his bacteria scanner or this alcohol proofer you can see him kind of perk up and it is usually the happiest he is the whole episode

I love how Jon threatens to leave if an owner doesn't admit to some sort of malfeasance, and then proceeds to say "I'm outta here," only to come back the next day. 😂 That whole schtick of the show cracks me up.

9:22 He really is like a mafia boss. He walks in, and all the underlings go silent.

22:50 the lady cooking the burgers. She put a frozen patty down with the gloved hand. Then picked up the spatula with the gloved hand and passed the spatula to her non gloved hand. So the protection against cross contamination is gone now. Who knows what she will touch and contaminate.
