The client smiling in the before and frowning in the after says everything

Almost 20 years later, episodes from Tabatha Takes Over can still draw in a million views. I love it and I love her.

Tabitha doesn’t smile this much for ANYBODY, she really really liked them!

No one fired her on the spot. She never showed up on opening day. They kept giving her chances. Then they fired her.

A receptionist in a high end salon plays a big part in the overall experience the client has. They are the intro & outro for the client. It's no joke ❤

Just looked it up, they’re still open with good reviews! You could totally tell they really did take Tabitha seriously. Good for them.

Love how Jackie fired Lauren: "We no longer need your services. Peace and blessings. Bye."

I had to laugh when Kim and Tabitha called out the customer lying about coloring her hair 😂

I’m a 28 year old martial artist. I know nothing of hair, care nothing about hair, never been to a salon and probably never will… and I am INVESTED in this Salon and my homegirl Tabitha 😂😂

3 months as a receptionist of a high street hair salon:

“People don’t realise the emotional pull back you have to have in my position!”

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

When she confessed that she filed for bankruptcy and the staff had so much empathy to cry with her, it was overwhelming to see. You could tell that they really cared about her as a person, they were simply checked out. So happy to hear that they’re thriving and I wish everyone here the best 🖤

Stefon is so dramatic “when I saw Tabitha I KNEW my life…would never…ever…be the same.” 😂😂😂

Lauren literally just stood there the whole time like:

I absolutely lost it when she said that maybe she would stay and he said "maybe you should, we need a receptionist" 😂😂😂😂😂😂

My goodness- the difference between the owner's face at the beginning and the end is a Masterclass in how relieving stress is the ultimate beauty treatment.

I love how they didn’t think Tabatha wouldn’t know much about African American hair but she not only brought an expert but she also showed that she knew a lot about hair as well!
