43:50 That's not Bruce. I read something a while ago and it makes sense: people wonder why Hulk listens to Steve an no one else, it's because Steve is the only one that calls him Hulk. He addresses him as his own person, and Hulk likes him and respects him for that.

The child receiving the Iron Man prosthetic arm video... When his mom asks who this is... He says "Robert." I've never seen RDJ happier in my life. ❤

Tony was chaotic neutral and grew to chaotic good through character progression

Please stay on your MCU Journey thru Endgame.  We're enjoying it with you.  (We all had to wait 1 year in between movies in the theater days.....)  ❤

The scepter and Loki are causing more tension between the Avengers even than there would have been naturally.

34:14 fun fact… RDJ kept hiding food on the set and snacking.. so those freeze-dried blueberries he grabbed aren’t in the script. He just grabbed them and snacked and everyone just rolled with it including Ruffelo who took some when offered

I love how they all got their briefings in a fashion that matched their characters' circumstances.  Natasha was called in the middle of a job, Bruce was given a burner phone, Steve was given a paper mission brief, and Tony was given a high-tech gadget full of data.

The bad thing about being new to the MCU is that to this time there is a lot of movies and TV shows to watch. The good thing is there is a lot of movies and TV shows to watch.

Loki's spear is what caused them to argue and fight..kinda like The One Ring.

Loki got his own series

You asked why they took Cap's mask off. The girl, Ashley, was ina deleted scene from early in the film talking to a depressed Steve and didn't know that he was Captain America. her seeing him after saving her was her realization of who he was.

This is IMHO one of the three best superhero movies ever made. Great hero stories have great villains. The hero can only be as good as the adversary they must overcome. Great villains are smart, and the audience needs to understand them. They don't have to like them but they must understand them. Loki is smart, cunning, well-informed, and his motivations are utterly transparent and true to his nature, especially if you've seen "Thor." He has some of the best dialogue in all the MCU. Tom Hiddleston oozes charisma. Villains have been, in general, a serious weakness in the MCU but Tom Hiddleston's Loki is a brilliant exception. He's so great in the role, he got his own TV show.

your kitty is so cuteeee 🥺🥺🥺

56:07 "Oh my god, that's Ashley Johnson!"  Yes, indeed. You might notice they spend a bit of time lingering on her. There was a cut side-plot where she and Steve Rogers were starting to get close, adding some personal motivation to Captain America saving her during the battle.

I love that you give Natasha the screen time and attention she deserves ❤

Alan Silvestri does not get nearly enough credit for his score in this, and I'm so grateful that you called it out as much as you did when it was appropriate. ❤

Thanos' smile in the end credit scene is a nod to his story in the comics. In the comics he's a death worshipper, going so far as to woo the personification of Death. His name is even a nod to the Greek word for death, Thanatos. So when his minion speaks of courting death, Thanos smiles

I’m a little late to the party, but one of my favorite movie scenes (not even just marvel) is the older man standing up to Loki.
The movie doesn’t outright say it, but he is old enough to have probably been through the Holocaust and Germany during WW2.
“There are always men like you.” Such a powerful and true statement that hits so deep in human history, and it’s from a damn Marvel blockbuster.

Assemble! GG on finishing Phase 1
