I like how vegetarian/ vegans act like they're not killing also

The Bible does NOT say "Money is the root of all evil". It says "The love of money is the root of all evil". People use the misquoted version against Judeo-Christianity all the time.

That politicians and government workers are qualified, intelligent enough, or competent enough to be running our society and making important life-altering decisions for us.

When you shave your hair comes back thicker, Total myth

Huge misconception. That big business actually cares about customers. They don't. Your call is NOT important to them. You are NOT a 'valued customer'. You are NOT  welcome. They just about tolerate you, for money, nothing else.

Trash collectors actually have good salaries, I guess the misconception comes from the whole ''wOrkiNg wiTh gArbaGe'' part

Adding a simple sponge filter to a beya tank will dramatically improve it's quality of life. Anything you can do to improve it's conditions will reduce stress and help it live longer.

Also, the only time when one actually uses 100% of their brain equally is in the case of a seizure

being sad, being depressed and having depression are completely different things
you can be depressed without being sad
you can have depression without being depressed
in lamest terms depression is unable to feel anything but sadness and frustration and sometimes not even that
imagine that disney movie inside out not matter what buttons your emotions try to press, your mind isn't responding to your own emotions

The meaning of the first amendment. The first amendment protects you from "the state"  If you say dumb, incorrect, reckless, or hateful things the government can't throw you in jail. It doesn't protect you from being fired, sued, or disliked by everyone else.

I'd like to congratulate Fat for winning the American war on fat. Sitting around with no movement for hours, days and weeks whilst freebasing Ho-Hos, Twinkies, Snickers and chugging diet cola could be the root cause. I've seen it, someone I went to school with in 6th grade, and his mother, had to turn sideways to enter and leave the trailer they lived in.

The belief that you must get to the end to be a ducking beast.

That whole "wait after eating ANYTHING before doing ANY swimming" ( 2:34) was popularized by...pool operators. In the 50s and 60s, more public pools popped up, and also, it became the era when any hotel that was serious about attracting customers had to put in a pool. But what else proliferated in the 50s and 60s? Fast food stands, hot dog and pretzel sellers, McDonalds and the like whetted everyone's appetite, and especially if one was staying in a hotel without cooking facilities but didn't want an entire conventional "meal", they were convenient. Problem is, many of these people wouldn't always properly wash if they ate such food and then went into a pool. It was a sanitary issue, and also an issue of what the pool filters could handle. Also, public beaches were another place where people who didn't properly clean up after themselves when having fast food was a problem! So they helped propagate this myth, and pseudo-science about oxygen needed for swimming being "diverted" to digestion, and then cramps, was said everywhere, and the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT even insisted this was true. However, this idea is even older, being traced to a Boy Scout guide from 1908 (and there was a time when anything with "Boy Scouts" on it was...well, like Apple Pie and Mom, a fundamental pillar of the true America)

Having said that, doing Olympic level swimming after eating an enormous meal may not be the best idea.

However, it's also recommended one DEFINITELY have water before swimming, because you CAN get dehydrated through swimming, even if it seems counter-intuitive in some regards

One of the IV ladies actually demonstrated how the IV tube insertion works. I still felt weirded out having a tube that long in my vein, but that was kinda interesting (I was in pediatrics for an appendix issue)

Doing the same thing over and over expecting different results has nothing to do with the definition of insanity.

Peanut butter was first made by the Incas who cultivated peanuts.

Thank you so much for your video.

I saw when they removed the needle from the cannula after inserting it into my vein. Proceeded to cringe the entire hospital stay everytime I moved my hand and felt it

3:47 As a nurse, we are not able to sit there and explain every single one of the thousands and possible things you don’t know. We aren’t going to tell you exactly what type of material the NG tube is made of, we aren’t going to tell you the bioavailability of every medication you get, we aren’t going to explain to you how much urine a bedpan holds down to the milliliter. Just because you don’t know every detail of everything that happens doesn’t mean that anyone made a mistake by telling you. And frankly, we stopped giving a shit whether you thought a needle was in there or not.

2:00. About the Disney Teacup ride.
