Before there were Super Mutants, there was the Forced Evolutionary Virus (F.E.V.). The FEV impacts the wasteland in more ways than most realize. From the various super mutants found in the Commonwealth and Appalachia, to the Master in Fallout 1, and even the Nightkin such as Lily and Tabitha. Each of these individuals and groups were created because of the FEV, but was is the FEV? What are super mutants? How can some of the FEV's creations be intelligent, and others have trouble forming sentences? Today, we wanted to discuss the history of the mutants, their varying forms, and their likely future. Fallout 1, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, Fallout 4, New Vegas (FNV), Fallout Tactics, and Fallout 76 are all covered in this video.
