Buying used cars from America has become popular recently. People are looking to update their fleet and, unable to afford a new car, are considering and purchasing vehicles from the States. It's fairly common knowledge that these cars have undergone cosmetic body repairs, but that doesn't deter buyers. The vehicles they currently own are in much worse condition, while the "newly acquired" car looks much better. These cars are often in good mechanical condition and have lower mileage than cars currently sold on the used market.
Today, we'll look at the repair of a 2016 KIA Sorento imported from the US with 59,000 miles on the odometer. The buyer experienced oil consumption on the G4KJ 2.4 engine and asked us to fix the problem. Are American cars really that bad? What problems can you encounter when buying such a car? And what are the features of this particular car? Watch the video to the end and you'll be surprised at the final repair cost!
