A KIA Cerato KOUP was towed in for repairs. It hadn't quite reached 200,000 kilometers (12,500,000 miles) when the engine started knocking loudly, and then the spark plug electrode bent. After disassembling the engine, we were horrified – there was no spare part left, and there was nothing left to fix.
The client decided to buy a "contract" engine from Australia, and our task was to assemble one from TWO engines...

Не прикрутили мне суппорт тормозной после ремонта. Обнаружил сам уже около дома и устранил. Вопрос. За что меня хотели убить и нужно ли было прикручивать самому или ехать на сервис? Поясню сразу, ремонт был не у вас. Все люди, но есть мера ответственности. И вопрос, собственно, риторический.
П.С. в прошлом я сам довольный клиент от вашего ремонта.

У меня прокат в Абхазии (фитпрокат), и мы тоже иной раз косячим (износ колодок, лопнувший приводной ремень и т.п.), и даже если клиент на устранение проблемы в нашем сервисе потратил час или два, то ему компенсируется день, даже если это убыточно. Таким образом мы получаем даже в конфликтной ситуации отзыв 5.0 от клиента. А репутация - это самое ценное. Ты можешь 1000 раз сделать всё идеально, но накосячить один раз и это не забудут никогда.
Тебя же устроит этот ответ?)
Ведь жизнь он тебе спас, а левая правая рука, это мелочь 1000 и 1 гайка 😅
