Hey all, just the usual reminder to treat these conspiracy vids as a nothing more than a bit of fun, just for entertainment :)
Hope you enjoy, JH

Hello Noel, we know you’re watching!

Vacantly staring at myself on the TV is my favourite past time...

If there is one man who has the audacity to keep an album  written at his peak hidden for a reunion decades later it's Noel Gallagher 🙏🤞

No way we got the masterplan conspiracy part 3

I think magic pie is criminally underrated

Morning Glory fades out to the sound of Helicopters and D’You Know What I Mean opens with helicopters and if this album is truly about Knebworth, the band arrived to Knebworth….flying over the crowd in a helicopter.

The comment Noel made about people looking into the lyrics of his songs really explains his approach. Noel's songs are all deeply personal looks into his life at the time the songs were written. Due to his upbringing, Noel has this very tough exterior that he likes to project. He does not like to appear sensitive or vulnerable, despite the fact that he is. He deliberately crafts the lyrics so that it is nearly impossible to know what the song is about unless you know enough about him to know what he was going through at that time. Further proof of that is the fact that Noel always lies when anyone asks about the meanings of the songs. A good example of this is "D'You Know What I Mean?" The song is about a very personal event in his life, but the lyrics are vague enough that he can tell people that they are a bunch of gibberish that he wrote when he was really high (lol) when someone asked about them. It's part of the trauma that he went through in his life. He is just afraid to appear vulnerable.

PLEASE do ones on the rest of the 2000s era albums too these videos are sooooo good

@1:04:12 - It's also supposed that D'You Know What I Mean could have been inspired by that incident in Dublin in early 1996, when the News of the World tried to engineer an encounter between the Gallaghers and their estranged father Tommy.

'I met my maker, I made him cry

Another Masterplan video. Made my Friday Night🔥

This is packed with information and well thought out. It gave me a whole new perspective on Be Here Now, great job!

Literally got goosebumps at the very end. Bring it on home!!

Oasis was the last musical / cultural phenomenon. Kids, parents, nans and grandads knew about oasis in those few years. It’ll never happen again. The world is just too different.

As soon as James says “I understand if you still don’t believe me” you know its about to get good, what a fucking video man

1 hour long of oasis history was what i needed!

A wonderful piece of work, James. As usual. It all fits together perfectly. I never, ever suspected Fade In-Out could have been about Guigsy's sabbatical. But it seems obvious, now. That revelation makes me appreciate the song more than I ever have. In fact, this whole video makes me like Be Here Now more. Let's hope it makes Noel reconsider it, too. Top work. Keep it up. Thank you.

Awaiting the final encore. Great video James.

Those first three albums do work as a trilogy. Oasis never really got back to where they had been after Be Here Now's release, and there would've been something romantic about them calling it a day after the leaving drinks that Be Here Now kind of seemed like.

Yeah... In that (in)famous special on American MTV where they had to subtitle them because of their Mancunian & Irish-tinged accents, I remember absolutely loving their bravado & self-confidence that bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Counting Crows, etc, which I loved, purely for the music, although some bands, like STP & Weezer, for examples, weren't just  completely, performatively depressed... But Oasis had hair that was close to my color, & I could look far more like Noel Gallagher than I ever could Kurt Cobain! Plus, Oasis wanted to look sharp & dress snappy & liked wearing cool shoes, sumn which I consider to be crucial to one's look. 110%
