i think it made that sound because she used vinyl's hair.

The satisfaction of already knowing that bow strings were made of horse hair. For years. :D

Holy sheet, every part of vinyl is dubstep.

Wubs. Vinyl was born with them in her hair.

If it was
Twilight's hair- Very classy and basic
Rarity's hair- Really fancy
Pinkie's hair- Energetic and pumpy
Applejack's hair- Southern and country
Fluttershy's hair- Soft and calm
Rainbow's hair- 20% cooler

Tell me if it's true.

and so Octavia set aside the bow "dub string" and only used it in colab duets with vinyl. Aaaaaand occasionally to save equestria from certain "problems" that the main 6 couldn't defeat on their own. Octavia now chooses her horse hairs carefully so this doesn't happen again accidentally

Seeing cute clips with Vinyl and Octavia NEVER get old. The voice acting is spot-on, the scene itself is adorable, logical and funny, and the ending is so cute! Trixie is very impressed. Playing a violin myself, I always wondered if anyone would take advantage of the fact that bows are made out of horsehair. I'm glad to see someone did. So, yes, very lovely work~

9 years later and this video still makes me smile!

Octavia's voice was way too quiet. I could barely hear her. Remember that good audio mixing goes a long way. Spending an extra hour or two to make the voices have a consistent volume is always worth it. (There's a ton of ways to raise audio levels, like Audacity)
Other than that, the concept was great, and I love your pony walk cycles :) Also, the word play in the title made me smile. Stay awesome!
