The Constitutional Court (MK) has decided not to accept the lawsuit challenging the validity of the 12th Vice President, Gibran Rakabuming Raka's diploma for his participation in the 2024 Presidential Election. The lawsuit against Gibran is part of the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Election Results Dispute report, registered under case number 01/PHPU.PRES-XXIV/2026.

In other words, the Court declared Gibran's administrative requirements valid and unproblematic. So where will this lawsuit go after the Constitutional Court's ruling?
