Even though I run in all of these fantastic and highly specialized shoes, I only ever run serious mileage in one or two MAIN shoes at a time. These rotation killers, these jack of all trades shoes, they run my training, they keep me fresh, and most of all, they keep me coming back for more.

The underrated aspect of the dynafish is just how much that wide base and comfortable upper helps when you are running a 4+ hour marathon.

Best thumbnail until now:D I clicked immediately as a lotr fan:p

The dynafish is also beating everything in rocker and feel for treadmill workouts

Just cracked a marathon in the Dynafish on my treadmill and it already has 400km in them. Brilliant shoe!! 🔥, legs felt great and I know I’ll be able to do an easy 10 miler tomorrow 🙌🏽
Thanks for the video 🙏🏾😊

Count me in on the Mega 3 Pro hype train. That along with the Dynafish are hands down my two favorite shoes out there. Throw in the RH9U and Leili 2.0 as my recovery days and I’m set.

RH9U feels like how the megablast used to feel fresh. I guess my XXL wearing ass killed the foam after 140 miles.

Dynafish works best for me having wide flat feet

From my testing, and bear in mind im a 60kg runner, RH9U, mega 3 pro, xiaonian, leili 2 Gt are pretty similar. Got all of them from 4:30/km to 3:10/km across all types of workouts. All felt lively, fresh, and fun. RH9U takes the lead, It IS surprisingly fun and efficient. I would be confidente enough to take these to a maratón PB (2:3X). It just works with my mechanics and It IS stable to my needs. MEGA 3 pro even better but the upper IS more flimsy and does not hold my feet at higher paces, but i LOVE them. LEILI gt IS very efficient too, i really like how light and efficient It IS but not the BEST lockdown forme. Either way, its a very good shoe. Xiaonian IS my long run shoe, It rolls and rolls and IS stable. Now i just run in chinese SHOES. Western brands suck unless its puma or Adidas. Mizuno IS very good too, i like them.

Haha, thumbnail to rule them all. Keep up the good work mate 🤌

@nikolaymayorov5274 5 hours ago

For me Dynafish is too flimsy to constantly run on hard surfaces, I would pick RH9U as the only shoe for that. For mixed terrain, parks and so on - Dynafish is great, nimble and stable.

Epic start

Wont be home for another week to finally try my M3P, but kind of agree about the Dynafish. If i could really only have 1 shoe i think it would be this...

I got a rotation of rotation killers

Since thers gotham chess you're now metropolis running

@johnk4232 8 hours ago

The Mega 3 pro sounds like the Neo Zen OG to me, it’s very soft, not as stable at recovery or sprint pace, but capable of a do it all shoe. Is that accurate for someone who hasn’t tried the Mega 3 pro?
