Every time I run in the SC Rebel I'm more impressed.   It really does feel like a race shoe that was made with trainer durability.   Fantastic for long runs and speed work.  Not my first choice for easy efforts because it just wants to move with that geometry.. If I hadn't lucked out with getting a pair of the Specter Elites I would probably run it for my fall marathon.

Been waiting on this!
Really wanting an plastic plated up tempo trainer and tried the ES6 on in my local Fleet Feet and really liked the under foot feel and rocker
Quite stiff and like a LOT more than the 4 and 5 which I'd tried demos at saucony events but neither had that pop i was after
The 6 i really liked
Think it's what I'm after for a tempo workout shoe

Looks like it can be a cheaper Megablast alternative. I could always do long runs in Endorphin speeds with no issues. To me they have always been the best daily trainers Saucony has had.

Was reading the Review on the Website today and tought, were the heck is the Video. Thx so much for taking your Time and get Miles on the shoe.

Because of your fantastic Reviews I became a saucony fanboy.
Got the Speed 4 as my first faster shoe, then bought the azura for my first hm, then gifted myself with the pro 4 althoug clearly im the limiting Factor 😂.

Now im prolly replace my kayanos (thx for that tip aswell) with the Hurricane 26 und the Speed 4 with the 6.
Glad they got faster again, the azura is the perfect threshold shoe but it lacks top end speed.

Full saucony lineup❤

As a lighter runner (56Kg) I found that the Deviate Nitro 4 only broke in for me at around 130Km / 80mi, mostly at threshold pace (3:35min/Km). Since then it's become much easier to daily, although it is definitely not my first choice for that.

Given the description of firmness is it closer to the Bostons?

How is the foam’s performance holding up? If I remember correctly, for the Speed 5 you had mentioned the foam is losing its bounciness / performance after about 100kms

How does the Speed 6 compare to the Endorphin Pro 4?  Endorphin Pro 4 has been great for me for races and faster training runs.

If you had to choose one shoe, Azura,Speed 6 or Specter 3? Which would be the best overall in stability and all around race and workout days?

Will it work for us flat feet guys?

Hello! Would you say it's comparable in stability with the Azura? Thanks!
LE: nevermind, i commented before the vid got to that point of comparison between the two :))))

Arch Support Not for me. Will get the SC Rebel in Future. Tested them an really liked them.

Great review as always. You guys are so good at this.

Do you think the introduction of the Azura made room for Saucony to make this shoe more performant? Edit: I see you addressed this.

I have the Azura for up tempo running sessions and really like it. But the outsole is poor in the wet. Would the Speed be a better option in the wet?

I'm currently using the Azura as my daily because I need a stable neutral shoe and I am really enjoying it. I am looking for a half marathon shoe for races next year and was looking at the NB Rebel sc as wanted something stable but also with some softness... but do you think I should consider the saucony speed 6 instead?

How much more unstable is the SC Rebel? I'm guessing due to the soft foam that it isnt as stable neutral as the Speed 6?

Thanks for the review!

Will Azura be the closer spiritual successor to the Speed 1, 2?

You said you didn't like the ES5 because it was too mushy... now you say the ES6 is too firm... LOL. We still love ya, Matt! Keep the reviews coming. Always enjoy your videos.

I'm always having trouble with term like picking up speed without actual paces being said or longer runs idk what that means for actual time on feat.

Hard to beat the rebel. The new GOAT. If I could start over at any point in time itd be this year.
