The Emperor’s Children were created to embody excellence.

The Third Legion began the Great Crusade as disciplined warriors, diplomats, craftsmen, and exemplars of the Emperor’s vision for humanity. They survived a devastating gene-seed blight, rebuilt themselves under Fulgrim, and became one of the most accomplished Legions of the Great Crusade.

Then they found the Laer.

From the corruption of Fulgrim and the descent into Slaanesh, to the betrayals at Isstvan III and Isstvan V, the Siege of Terra, and ten thousand years of excess within the Eye of Terror, this is the story of the Emperor’s Children.

We’ll follow the Legion from its origins through the Horus Heresy and into the modern era, including figures such as Fulgrim, Fabius Bile, Lucius the Eternal, and the return of Fulgrim to realspace.

The Emperor’s Children wanted to become perfect.

They never realized that perfection was never going to be enough.
