Banshee Rework is here tenno! and yeah i wont lie she is absolutely amazing rn. The QOL changes just made her feel SO much better and much more refined. Everything just clicks now and i love it! She is by far one of the CRAZIEST weak point or weapons platform frames in the game now!

Even if you still don’t like Banshee, keep her for thumper farming. Silence completely disables them so you can reap Narmer Thumpers with complete impunity, even easier now because Silence can be refreshed.

Sonar change is such a game changer, makes the game so much easier for you and your team, enables acuity to all hell, helps charge incarnons like I honestly think it’s top 3 abilities whenever you are in a team

Another subsume I use for my all-round build is Null Stars. Gives 75% DR and with Circumvent you will basically never die and Null Stars hit weakpoints so you get the damage bonus from sonar

I had been playing banshee for a WHILE before this rework, and let me tell you, the rework just takes it to 11. One of my favorite builds right now is actually subsuming over quake with Breech Surge. It adds everything that Banshee wants in my opinion, and it's a fun option not a lot of people think about. It Blinds, which is nice so that people don't shoot at you (Another level of CC damage mitigation) AND it works well with using weapons while giving anything you use a fairly good amount of area damage, and the extra wisp projectiles it spawns also benefit from sonar, so you're double dipping on sonar weakpoint damage. It's great.

Obex incaron is nuts cuz you tickle people and the room gets nuked.
Also the kuva chubarr is insane cuz now you don't have to aim for the head as much and that means you can snipe longer ranges

To be honest they just needed the sonar change. Everything else is gravy

Arcane Persistence + Arcane Blessing Banshee is goated with the reworked augment for the 1st ability. Add a couple of blue shards just in case to maintain persistence, but overall damage cap and basically unkillable.

5:50 the other thing I like about this reworked silence is that it has a count down timer right in her powers menu. Makes it so much easier to use

he isn’t lying abt banshee turning ANY weapon into a power house. I’ve found that using primary/pistol acuity, primary crux, rifle/pistol elementalist, and modding for blast, turns any thing into an AOE MACHINE. i picked up the higasa a while ago unaware of its hideous damage, but now i use those mods with banshee, all of a sudden it’s taken out 4-5 enemies at a time bc of blast. i’m TELLING YALL, TRY IT ON ANYTHING IT WORKS AND ITS SO SO SO SO SO MUCH FUN

The retouch is good, but I was really hopeful that Pablo would give banshee something to help with her survivability. Something other than shieldgate spam.
