hey guys. idk whats going on with the damn hype button 😒 Youtube is a mess with this. Please just like and comment for now while I investigate 🖤 Thank you for your support!

I will say, the fact he's mobile is a massive step up from most of the people on this show.

He's a pathological liar and mommy dearest is a HUGE enabler.

Smh. He gets that lying from his mom. Talking about how it’s devastating to see him eat like that, but she is over here enabling him to eat like that🙄

@32:12 thinking Dr Now will be happy he's got a fast food job is like bragging to your AA sponsor that you just became a bartender.

The mom creeps me out. The way she coos at him, all like "here it comes, Willy!" When she's made breakfast, reminding him to get his unhealthy food - it feels like one of those parents who don't let their kids grow up because it gives them a sense of purpose, whatever she says to the camera.
Idk maybe just me

I will add to this, this William guy the place they said was his house was actually his mom's. The place where he lives wouldn't allow filming. He actually lived in a group home. So keep in mind how tidy "his" home is...it is his mom's place. TLC spins things for a narrative.

Can't believe this man just ate an entire pack of tortillas with his breakfast. It's insane how much their stomachs can hold.

The fact that SHE’S talking about him not being RESPONSIBLE… Like she didn’t serve him 7lbs of FAWKIN BREAKFAST!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

i will never understand people lying about their health to medical professionals, you gain NOTHING  from doing it.

I’ve NEVER seen a stomach like that in my life!!! How does he pee??!!! How does he find his weenie??? When was the last time he even saw his weenie??!!! This is insane!!

Hey MoMo, just wanted to say that I subscribed a few days ago and have been binging your videos. You are funny as hell. I hope Nova is pleased with me.

We've been fostering a dog with AWFUL anxiety, and everytime I turn on your videos, he lays down and relaxes. Love the videos!!

Everything the mom says sounds like she's reading from a script she's never seen before

3 sodas an hour... 150 calories a can.. assuming an 8 hour day that's 3600 calories JUST ON SODA

Boy just switch to diet sodas and you'll drop 150lbs almost instantly I stg

I’m have never ever ever seen somebody put Pringles on their two pizzas

Graduating class of 1902!!? Im dead😂😂😂

"Rolled it up like a blunt.." about that burrito 😂😂😂😭😭😭

Dr. Now desperately needs to implement a calorie counting app and food scale into his program. Also soda is the ENEMY when you’re on a calorie restricted diet. Don’t drink your calories, save them for the meal! La Croix, diet soda, and zero sugar drink packets need to be included with the diet booklet as a starter pack.

"Im not somebody inside my own body"  wtf is bro puppeting the body from the outside?😂
