the worst thing about the floor soup is that he had so much counter space to work with. he easily could have filled the island with bowls and not risked knocking them over. Jerma had lost his mind by this point however and counter soup was no longer an option.

I think the most underrated part of this stream so far is that he's over 2 hours in, and still thinks that 120 seconds is 1 min 20 seconds on the timer

Jerma starting to play this game: deeply concerned with spice organization, perfectly pouring 300 mL soup portions, and developing a good relationship with repair companies

Jerma after 6 hours: serving raw trout from the microwave, surrounding himself with bowls of ancient floor soup, and raving about how he's "figured it all out"

"Let's pre make everything and put it in the microwave"

TONIGHT ON KITCHEN NIGHTMARES

7:21:00 customer paid $50 for 3/4ths of a lemon when they ordered baked trout, gives the meal 2/5 stars

Customer: Orders tomato soup
Jerma: Cooks the soup and gives them a bowl
Next Customer: Orders tomato soup
Jerma: Dumps the remaining liter of tomato soup out and makes another pot

3:56:14 I am in tears. For some inexplicable reason the phone keeps going back into his hand, so he solves it by fucking launching it into the ceiling and slamming it into the ductwork, which scares him.

every 10 minutes jerma develops a new revolting way to cut corners while making food. A sign of a true chef.

everyone's talking about floor soup but i laughed so hard that i started crying and nearly got sick when the pork chop flew out of the pan and all he could get out was "IT'S NOT FAIR"

"what do you mean wrong amount of product" he says, after serving a whole pot of soup

this is my favourite episode of The Bear

streamer turns from a competent cook to a mass producer of floor soup

I fell asleep to him putting parsley in soup and woke up to him throwing propane tanks into a blazing fire

This is still my favourite jerma stream, I literally cried when he struggled so much to fry the salmon, with the pan disappearing, spatula shooting into the salmon, only to get 2/5 stars because he was actually supposed to serve pork chops

This has to be one of the best thumbnails for a jerma stream. You get such an immediate story between the title and thumbnail

"Um waiter I prefer my borscht to be hot."
"I'm sorry sir but our kitchen floors are not heated."
